StandUp4Jesus.Org exists as a spiritually open door — welcoming anyone who is seeking, questioning, hurting, growing, or simply curious about the things of God. Whether you are a lifelong Seventh-day Adventist, a member of another Christian tradition, someone exploring faith for the first time, an agnostic, or an atheist — you are welcome here.

This is not a site that exists to promote a denomination or argue theology for its own sake. It exists to point every visitor toward Jesus Christ, to provide resources that meet people wherever they are in their spiritual journey, and to equip believers with tools to grow deeper in their walk with God.

StandUp4Jesus.Org offers a rich and growing library of spiritual resources:

A Spanish edition of this site is under way at standup4jesus.org/es/. Every page is translated and then read by a Spanish speaker before it is published. Scripture is quoted from the Reina-Valera, and Ellen G. White from her published Spanish editions — the words as they were published, not our rendering of them.

That section is only beginning, and more languages will follow, one at a time, as each can be done to the same standard. It is slower than translating everything at once, and it is the only way a reader in another language gets the Bible in the words they already know. The Gospel has no borders, and neither does this ministry.

How This Ministry Began

StandUp4Jesus.Org was born from a direct calling. God clearly impressed upon the heart of founder Arthur E. Baldwin of Rialto, California, that He wanted a website created for Him — a place on the internet dedicated entirely to His glory and the spiritual growth of all who visit. As Arthur was listening to Fountainview Academy perform the classic hymn “Stand Up, Stand Up for Jesus,” the name came immediately and unmistakably: that’s the website name.

That moment of divine clarity became the foundation of everything you find here.

Arthur’s Faith Journey

Arthur Baldwin grew up steeped in Scripture. His father was a pastor and evangelist in the Seventh-day Adventist denomination, and faith was not a Sunday tradition in their home — it was the very fabric of daily life. From an early age, Arthur was immersed in the Word of God, in prayer, and in the conviction that Jesus Christ is Lord.

That foundation deepened dramatically in 1983, when God gave Arthur a personal Bible study on Righteousness by Faith — an uninterrupted, Spirit-led experience that lasted three and a half hours. It was not a seminary class or a church program. It was God Himself, opening the Scriptures and revealing the heart of the Gospel in a way that forever marked Arthur’s understanding of grace, faith, and salvation.

Arthur holds no formal pastoral credentials — and he needs none. His authority comes from decades of walking with God, studying His Word, and being led by His Spirit. The Bible itself is his seminary, and the Holy Spirit his teacher.
