This song is based on Daniel 8:14 and Revelation 14:6-12.
Verse 1 (First Angel):
Fear God and give glory to Him
For His Judgment began in 1844!
Worship Your Creator in Holiness,
He is the Worthy Lamb!

The time period mentioned in Daniel 8:14 ended on October 22, 1844! And the “sanctuary be cleansed” refers to the actual Heavenly Sanctuary! This means that the Judgment is intended to cleanse our current sins from our lives and prepare us to enter Heaven.
